RECORDS

The Records department’s primary concern is to keep and safeguard the sacramental records of each individual who receive either the sacrament of baptism, confirmation and marriage here in Quiapo Church.

With the vision to provide important records concerning sacramental records as needed at present and in the future, the department’s mission are as follows:

1. To keep important records with honesty and confidentiality.
2. To provide important records with honesty as required.
3. To be compassionate, patient and understanding to those who are requesting for the sacraments and important documents.
4. To be Christ like in resolving problems and complaints with regards to sacraments and parish records.

The records department aims to teach each Christian how to be a true disciple of Christ.
