LITURGY DEPARTMENT

Major duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assures that the church and paraphernalia needed are properly prepared for mass, sacraments and liturgical services / activities.
2. Acts as custodian of vestments, vessels, books, images / icons and all other sacred things; and ensures their sufficient supply, cleanliness and safe condition.
3. Trains and assists altar server assigned during masses and other sacraments or liturgical services / activities.
4. Serves as altar server, EMHC, Lector when needed or absence of the server or limited EMHC.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the altar and sacristy, vestments, etc.
