Legal Assistance

LEGAL ASSISTANCE MINISTRY

The Legal Assistance Ministry was set up as part of the archdiocese’s response to the needs of its poor constituents. It was encouraged by Cardinal Rosales because of the needs of the Archdiocese. It caters primarily to all who cannot afford the cost of legal services. It has partnered with the San Beda College of Law and its Alumni.

Activities:

  • Consultation for walk-in clients in coordination with the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau
  • Drafting of Legal Forms
  • Prison Ministry Apostolate in coordination with CARITAS Manila
  • Court Appearance/ Assistance
  • Legal Education and Legal Research
