The Human Resource office of Quiapo Church hopes to support every personnel to be spiritually formed and professionally and integrally trained to become dynamic members of the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene (MBBN), St. John the Baptist Parish community.

The department is responsible for job placement, spiritual Formation of the staff, personality development training program, social and cultural development program, career pathing and continuing education, rationalization and remuneration.

• Job placement (hiring, interview, orientation, etc.)
• Spiritual Formation (Bibliarasal, monthly formations, retreat, recollections, Recitation of the Rosary, station of the Cross, Novenas, etc.)
• Personality development training program
• Social and Cultural Development/ wellness program)
• Career pathing and Continuing education
• Rationalization and remuneration
