MANILA, Philippines — The Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Jesus Nazareno has officially unveiled the logo for Nazareno 2026, bearing the theme “Dapat Siyang Tumaas at Ako Nama’y Bumaba” (John 3:30), symbolizing the call for praise, humility, and faith among devotees.
The selection of the logo was conducted by the Fiesta Council and Procession Committee, followed by the priests of Quiapo Church, who chose among five final entries submitted for consideration.

The winning design, created by Ryan B. Pinzon of Nuvista, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, centers on the image of Jesus Nazareno being lifted high, representing that only Christ deserves to be exalted and glorified through the faithful’s devotion.

Radiating from the image is a beam of light symbolizing Christ’s eternal glory, which continues to guide the humble and those who persevere in prayer. Each element of the logo embodies how believers can uplift Christ not only during the annual Traslación but through their daily acts of faith and service to others.
Under the value of “Pagpupuri” (Praise), the logo reminds devotees that worship goes beyond prayers, lived through love, compassion, and good works inspired by Jesus Nazarene’s example. The element of “Kababaang-Loob” (Humility) is portrayed through two devotees carrying the andas, signifying the willingness to serve and lower oneself for the glory of God. This humility mirrors the Gospel’s message that those who humble themselves like children are the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Meanwhile, “Panampalataya” (Faith) is expressed through a large white cloth encircling the entire design, symbolizing the handkerchiefs waved by millions of devotees as signs of prayer and hope. The twisted rope surrounding the white cloth represents the unity of believers bound together by shared devotion and unwavering trust in Jesus Nazareno.

Concluding the design is the image of Quiapo Church itself, reminding the faithful that the heart of devotion lies not only in the grand procession but in a lifelong journey of discipleship and service.
The official logo will be utilized in the Feast of Jesus Nazareno, which includes the “Debosyon. Traslacion. Misyon.” and other related activities of Nazareno 2026.
