The Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Jesus Nazareno solemnly observes the Month of the Most Holy Rosary this October 2025, inviting the faithful to unite in prayer, reflection, and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The celebration commenced with the welcoming and enthronement of five-foot image of Our Lady of La Naval de Manila, a cherished symbol of faith and hope among the Filipino people. The enthronement rite was presided over by Rev. Fr. Jonathan Noel Mojica, Parochial Vicar, whose message set the spiritual tone for this sacred month. In the afternoon, Quiapo Church employees from the different departments led the praying of the Holy Rosary, formally opening the month-long observance.

The Significance of the Month of the Rosary
The Month of the Holy Rosary is a special time for the faithful to deepen their relationship with God through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. By faithfully meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary, we are drawn closer to Christ as we strengthen our love, renew our hope, and purify our faith.
A Call to Prayer
The Quiapo Church Clergy warmly invites all the faithful, especially the Filipino people, to participate in the praying of the Holy Rosary throughout the month of October. As we prayerfully hold each bead, may our love for God grow deeper, our hope becomes firmer, and our faith shine ever more brightly.

A Message to the Faithful
As we journey through the Month of the Holy Rosary, may our prayers and reflections bring us peace of heart, strength of spirit, and growth in holiness. Through the maternal intercession of the Blessed Mother, let us implore God’s abundant graces for ourselves, our families, and our nation.
