On February 16, 2023, at the Nazarene Catholic School (NCS) Gymnasium, the Disaster Preparedness and Response Ministry (DPRM) of the Quiapo Church spearheaded a Thanksgiving Lunch with the inter-agency partners who helped the Quiapo Church from the beginning of preparations until the end of the Nazareno 2023 activities.
The Manila Police District (MPD), led by PCol. Edward Quijano, the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO), leb by Mr. John Tecson, the Department of Health (DOH), led by Dra. Bernadette Velasco, the Civil Defense Action Group (CDAG), led by Mr. Johnny Yu, the National Intelligence Coordinating Council (NICA), led by Dir. Ulysses Untalan, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), led by SSUP Christine Cula, the Joint Task Force-NCR (JTF-NCR), led by BGEN. Alexei Musñgi, P.A., and the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), led by Mr. Edward Gonzales were the following inter-agency partners present at the event.
Meanwhile, the Fiesta Committee, which serves as the group organizer of the Nazareno 2023, was also present, as were the clergy and personnel of the Quiapo Church led by the Rector and Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Rufino C. Sescon, Jr., the heads of the various Liturgical and Worship Ministries, the different Hijos del Nazareno (HDN) organizations led by the Headlays, the Emergency Response Integration System (ERIC) led by Mr. Christopher Grajo, and the support group led by Mr. Alex Irasga.

The Thanksgiving Lunch is a simple form of recognition and gratitude for the unending support shown by the inter-agency partners, whose dedication and commitment are indeed to be of service to the church, which includes not only the organizers and administration but also the entire Filipino faithful, whose identity is deeply rooted in the spiritual and religious aspects of the Filipino cultures and traditions.
