FIRST-EVER LOGO OF BALANGAY NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2025 UNVEILED

Manila Philipines – The Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno has officially launched the first-ever logo for the Balangay National Conference 2025. The event carries the theme, “Si Maria: Maging Huwaran ng Bawat Deboto, Inspirasyon tungo sa pagiging Misyoneryong Disipulo,” highlighting Mary as a role model for devotees and an inspiration to live out the words of Jesus as missionary disciples.

 

The artistic concept was created by Jacob Caisip, a proud member and secretary of Hijos Del Nazareno – NPJN. The design centers on Jesus Nazareno and reflects His guidance and boundless love. It is also served as a testament that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Every element of the logo represents the sacrifices of Jesus Nazareno. The Cross reminds us that He saved us from our sins, while the Dove symbolizes His presence as the Holy Spirit, freely sharing His goodwill with everyone.

The seven people represent the devotees who uplift Jesus Nazareno, not only for the preparation of the upcoming Nazareno 2026, but also in their daily lives. These figures also symbolize the seven virtues—Humility, Charity, Chastity, Kindness, Temperance, Patience, and Diligence—reminding us of the positive qualities we should cultivate to live a moral and spiritually upright life.

Reflecting the Filipino spirit, known for resilience, charity, and compassion, the Hand in the logo signifies our endless love and support for others, a symbol of how we lend our hands to help those around us. The eye shaped fire represents the God-given gift of sight, encouraging us to see the beauty in each person we encounter.

This first-ever logo marks a significant milestone in the history of the Balangay National Conference. It not only symbolizes the sacrifices of Jesus Nazareno but also represents the promise of unity within the Balangay.

The Balangay National Conference will conclude on November 26, 2025, at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City. Interested Balangays are encouraged to register through their respective Balangay Chairman. Non-affiliated participants may contact Chairman Juanito Tan at 0995-232-3032 for registration and inquiries. Registration is open until November 23, 2025.
